ATTENTION TRAVEL COACHES

I. Scheduled Games

         (a) Schedules will be sent out from me by the Monday prior to a game and the Ref Assignor will confirm by Wednesday (2-days).  If anything is missing contact me immediately.

         (b) Confirm all game times with opposing coaches by the Wednesday prior to a Sunday or Saturday games.  Game times are not final until the Wednesday prior to a Sunday or Saturday game.

         (c) You can print your game schedule by going to www.mosa.net.  If you need help let me know.

II. Pre-Plays

• Schedule a Pre-play date ASAP
•  Needs to be scheduled within two weeks – if possible.
• Wednesday / Friday 6:30pm or Saturday @ 1:30 – 3 – 4:30 are the best choices.
•  Except for these pre-plays there will not be any changes to the home schedule as this creates a scheduling nightmare.

III. Travel Snack Stand "TEAM" Work Deposit

Cindy Bivians/Tara Marten will assign your team based on home schedule and game starts.

IV. Team Accomplishments

• Send me your accomplishments from anyy tournaments. We will post these on our Website.  Example:  U11B Hawks placed second in the premier division at the Marlboro Summer Classic Tournament and won the Elite division of the East Brunswick Labor Day Tourney.
