-          Treasurer Report (VS)

o    November and September electric bill was $4,200. The electric bill has been excessive. Cindy Bivians to have Hess chk the bill and VS called an electricity broker as well. Question from floor to install solar.

-          Travel report (VS)   

o    No specific issues at MOSA meeting. Red cards were down. Flight night 2/26/2012. Coaches to send any requests to

-          REC Report (PS),(MF)

o    Rec starting 3/24/2012. Coaches to review there teams and see if all are coming back. There is a waiting list for kids who want to play to back fill now shows for the spring.

-          Field Practice Scheduling (RT)

o    Ralph requesting coaches to submit their desired timeslot for practice. One on and one off will be scheduled. Also contact information is requested.

o    Greg Santapadre requesting that the goals are not used as much as possible. This is most likely to people in the nets at all times.

-          Field Maintenance

-          Red Bulls – Nick Bogiatzopoulos

-          New Business

o    The approval of the by laws will be held at the next meeting.

o    Andy Hutnic requests a new U8 boy’s team. We need a U11 girl’s team to be developed. Ed Young was asked.

o    N/A

-          Committee Reports (CB, MB)

o    Columbus Day Tournament – Changes need to be made within the organization that requires additional participation from the membership. Also looking at scheduling or combining with other entities. Registration has been initiated. Suggestion to use a local charity may draw more attention from locals than national organizations.

o    College Bound field maintenance still required. This must done by the before the tournament and the club needs volunteers.

o    Gym training times will be coordinated by Anthony Chiappone. The younger age groups will be scheduled at the earlier times.

o    Golf outing to be coordinated by Chris Crawford. He is looking for assistance.

o    Sponsors - LCD TV for advertising and events. Multiple year commitments. Committees to organize soliciting sponsors.

o    NSA – the club will coordinate with NSA for one more year and then decide if we want to continue.

o    Danielle Rivera will be the new MOSA rep for the organization. VS and RT will work with her to bring her up to speed.

o    Tryouts are to be scheduled and a volunteer has been requested.

o    Fund raiser ideas such as 3 team round robin or six team weekend mini tournaments.
